Good morning from Shiga Kogen.
The ski and snowboard season is now over with the lift at Shibutoge finishing up yesterday afternoon.
It has been a long season and one where we enjoyed large amounts of snow in Shiga Kogen. It was a very nice contrast with the season before and it has us excited for next season. Well, maybe after a bit of a rest and a recharge...! Luckily, Shiga Kogen is a great place to be during the summer months as well as in winter.
I highly recommend you take a look back over the season along with the Snowfall Analysis page (blue tab at the top) to re-live the season and compare it with previous seasons.
