The clouds moved back in yesterday and started to bring us some more snow. Probably 5-10cm or so in places and it is snowing still this morning in Shiga Kogen. A moderate wind blowing snow about as well and a temperature of -10 degrees here in Maruike so it feels like a proper winter morning here.
All resort areas seem to be open as normal though, but we can expect some exposed lifts to be running slower than usual.
Tomorrow the forecast is for clear skies again and sun.
Next exciting looking cold snap due by the end of the week, we'll keep an eye on that.
In the meantime good conditions to enjoy.
