Yesterday I said there was some serious snowfall due --- and... we got it!
Whopping amounts of snow here in Shiga Kogen. Snow, cold, low visibility. Only for the brave this morning.
It's a quickly changing situation this morning as people cope with the snow, the weather conditions and more lifts trying to open up. A bit of a confusing situation actually, but the ski areas that have been open do seem to be able to have their lifts moving this morning for anyone wanting to brave the weather! And more lifts are opening including I notice Nishidateyama and Ichinose Diamond....
