Snow is coming down nicely now here in the Marike area. It started early on and we just had a dusting overnight but has since got colder and it's really falling from the skies nicely now. Hopefully we will get a decent build up of fresh snow on the slopes today and with temps due to drop this afternoon it should be good quality as well. Right now it's relavitvely 'mild' for Shiga Kogen, though still around -5C as of 11am.


This snowfall is forecast to continue overnight and ease off tomorrow. Then more snow due later in the week.


Poor visibility out there in all areas of Shiga Kogen this morning. Lots of snow please!
