Beautiful blue skies this morning over Shiga Kogen.

It was still cold early on but as expected will be warming up somewhat during the day. And then tomorrow and Sunday they will get a bit higher still. It might feel a bit 'spring' over this weekend, which in itself is not bad but we don't want to be thinking about spring for another month or so.

Still, there's nothing we can do about it of course other than enjoy it. As other reports are saying.

For those worried about the temps, it is good to see that come Monday it will be feeling colder again. It is, after all, still only mid-February.
