A bit of a later report today - I was down in town and saying hello to the 'snow monkeys' at Jigokudani. They were all huddled together in the hot spring and looking very relaxed as well. They must love it in winter when it's cold and they can just jump in there!
Back to Shiga Kogen and this morning the winds are calmer and the snow has eased somewhat and we have a few more lifts running again. Even a bit of blue sky at times as well. Just a small amount of new snow to report this morning.
Sun Valley - 1 lift
Mammoth - 1 lifts
Ichinose Family - 2 lifts
Ichinose Diamond - 1 lift
Yakebitaiyama - 1 lifts
Okushiga Kogen - 2 lifts
Kumanoyu - 3 lifts
Yokoteyama - 5 lifts
