Posted on Tuesday 10th March 2015 This is an archived report. The latest Shiga Kogen Now report can be found here.

Morning from Shiga Kogen where we have a bit of snow to report, about 10cm or so in places. Not bad, but we want more.

After some wet sleet like snow last night, it is good to see some new snowfall and more is expected with things getting progressively colder and more winter like during the day today. Strong winds will also be a feature of the day we are being told.

Indeed even now some lifts are affected by wind most noticeably over at Okushiga Kogen.
