In some parts we have some blue sky and sunshine this morning (Ichinose), while it still cloud cover in other areas (Okushiga, Kumanoyu).
At 3am Yakebitayama was reporting 15cm of snowfall.
It feels like the peak of the snow storm is behind us now though we do expect more into tomorrow.
More sun is likely in the second part of the week and it will be warmer (particularly on Wednesday).
