Everywhere is looking white this morning. Don't you just love snow...!
Perhaps not as much as we were expecting/hoping for overnight though - I am able to add 3cm to the observed snowfall from base. There will be more than that up top of course, but surely not enough for them to open yet. (No official update this morning yet).
Tomorrow and Monday milder conditions are forecast - a nice sunny day is expected tomorrow - so the base areas will more than likely revert back to green/brown, but come mid week next week there's more snow on the forecast.
Of course everyone wants things to get opened up as quickly as possible but it looks like it is going to be another week.
Perhaps next weekend?
