Happy New Year!
There's some low cloud over the village early on but clearer skies up above with the sun shining down on the mountain. It's going to be a lovely morning and early birds are going to enjoy it out there. Snow clouds are due back later in the day though so unclear as to how long the sun will last.
Since yesterday afternoon the resort is reporting 2-5cm of snowfall, and there was a bit more than that before 3pm - though I wasn't able to catch those numbers. Not major.
With all the snow over the last few days, like I said, it should be an excellent start to the new year and the forecast shows regular snow over the coming week as well.
