A cloudy day here in Niseko today.
The top Jumbo Number 4 lift at Niseko Annupuri has been on and off a few times this morning due to a mix of poor visibility and wind, with the top lifts at Niseko Grand Hirafu also similarly affected by the wind.
There's not many people out there on the slopes at all now anyway... it is feeling very quiet now and more businesses in the village are also closed for the season, you can feel everything starting to wind down.
We're into the 'Final' lift ticket prices now... 8 hours at Hirafu for 2800 yen and 'all mountain' for 3800 yen.
Taking a look at the forecast, we are going to keep fairly cold in the week and maybe even see some dustings of snow here and there higher up but it might well be falling as rain at base. Will keep you up to date!
