There has been a dusting+ of snow from some early morning showers, and some light snow is still falling in places. Perhaps there will be a few cm to discover at higher elevations, and Hirafu are indeed reporting 5cm (though other ski areas aren't reporting any).
It is quite bright though and there is also some blue sky to see. We might get to see some sun again today. Visibility looks pretty decent all round at the start of the day and not much of a wind.
We should be back to numbers tomorrow with snow due to start tonight.
