Niseko Now: Friday 6th November 2026

This morning we have a bit of sunshine over at Hanazono and more cloudy conditions to the south, as you can see in the images below. It's quite warm this morning, but that is about to change...
The next few days look set to be very interesting. There's some snow on forecasts from late today (might start wet and rainy) but, importantly, possibly through into next week. It might get really windy, too. So I should be here reporting fresh snow. How much? Well, we'll just have to wait and see.
There's some action going on around the base of Hanazono. Might it be an exciting follow-up to the famous 'Louis Vuitton Niseko Winter Resort Pop-up Store' or the 'Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ice Chalet Pop-Up Store & Bar' facilities we enjoyed a few years back?
Sadly, it is definitely not my own idea of a more snappiliy titled 'Toast'. I did suggest it (again). Anyway, I need to start studying changes for the season. On the case.
