New snowfall at base 1cm
Snowfall at base this season 16cm

Snow is falling this morning once again. Good to see a thin layer of white on the ground, and I can just about justify adding 1cm to the report today. That is as of 9am.

We're going to need a lot of more snow for ski areas to be able to open, of course. While we might get a bit more today, forecasts from Wednesday onwards are looking promising for some real wintery snowy conditions.

Sounds good to me.
