Good morning from Niseko.
Fine clear skies this morning and it is nice and bright. But quite windy too.
The clear skies might not last as we have rain forecast for tonight and overnight into early tomorrow morning. The windy conditions might continue at least tomorrow, before easing off around Sunday.
There is a chance that lifts might get to be affected over today and tomorrow, but both Hirafu and Annupuri appear to be opening as planned at the start of the day.
Oh yes, Annupuri is down to two lifts now -- the gondola and Jumbo Number 1 quad.
As long as the ski areas remain open as planned, 5 more reports to go! I've got my last report season-end thingy almost ready to go.
