Independent snow and weather reporting from the Niseko region of Hokkaido

Good afternoon from Niseko.


Some more snow since my last report, though not a huge amount.


It has been mostly just cloudy today so far, with some very light snow falling at times.


Regarding my comments yesterday, I can reveal that - even though I do hibernate each summer - I am not actually a bear.


Once the lifts get moving my reports will be daily. Until then, especially when nothing of note is happening, I won't post on some days as I build up stamina in preparation for all the upcoming daily busy-ness.


I'll keep you informed of fresh snow, of course.
