Good afternoon from Niseko.
I don't have so much to report since the last report, though seeing as though our friends down in some of the Nagano Prefecture mountain areas seem to be getting a good snowing on today, I thought I would update you all from Niseko as well. So yes, we haven't been as lucky but no fear - snow is on it's way here too. Since my last report, temperatures have remailed fairly consistent and generally the dustings of snow we have seen have not really crept that far down the mountainsides just as yet.
We could see some snow tonight and things are looking decent for later on in the weekend into early next week when hopefully temperatures will take a further dip, so let's keep an eye on that.
The first snowfall down to town is not far away. Not too long after that, the lifts will be moving.
