Independent snow and weather reporting from the Niseko region of Hokkaido

New snowfall at base 0cm
Snowfall at base this season 878cm

And then there were two as we enter the last stretch.

With Hanazono and Village ending the season yesterday, we now just have Hirafu and Annupuri operating.

Hirafu is operating three lifts - Ace Gondola, King Number 3 and Number 4.

Annupuri is also operating three lifts - the gondola, Jumbo Number 1 quad and Jumbo Number 4 pair lifts. They are not telling us what runs/courses remain open, so I can't elaborate further on that. Such details are not important anyway, right? (I must just be really odd wanting to know these things).

Unfortunately, both the top lifts appear to be on hold at the start of the day.

I'll continue to try and find some words each morning right until the end! As that time approaches, I'm already planning for and looking forward to my annual hibernation period!
