New snowfall at base 51cm
Snowfall at base this season 352cm

Sugoi yuki!

The heavy snow - a good 50+cm of it - as well as windy conditions is causing a few issues this morning as the resort copes with it all. A good problem to have, I say... though perhaps disruptive if you are here.

The Dragondola is on hold as the Tashiro area of Kagura is closed and the Gondola here at Naeba is also waiting on the weather as well as the top lift.

Look out for some sun tomorrow.

If you can be here tomorrow, I totally recommend doing what needs to be done to get yourself here!

Official snow depth:

- 180cm

All lifts plan to be operating apart from the following:

*** Weather conditions affecting operations this morning

- Prince Number 1 Gondola

- Number 4 high speed lift

- Number 8 high speed lift

- Daishamen romance pair lift

- Number 2 high speed lift

All courses now open apart from the following:

- Splash Bowl

Planned night-time operations:

- Daily until Sunday 24th March 2019

- 4:00pm until 8:30pm

- Courses open: Number 4 and 5

- Lifts operating: Number 5 high speed lift
