Hello from Naeba.
Fresh snowfall news this morning, hurray!!
The resort is reporting 10cm of fresh snowfall at base and 20cm higher up. Down here at base I can see 5-10cm. It's difficult to put a number on it with all the wind over the last day or so. But I think 7cm is probably reasonable.
It may not be as windy as yesterday but still quite windy with the lifts noted below on hold at the start of the day.
The snow is due to ease off and perhaps we will get clearer skies by this afternoon. Hopefully less wind and those lifts might get moving.
Clearer skies are forecast tomorrow and temperatures gradually getting back to being mild again.
With the fresh snow though conditions should be decent for the weekend, especially tomorrow.
