Posted on Friday 21st December 2012 This is an archived report. The latest Naeba Now report can be found here.

The sun was out early on yesterday but it didn't last the day - I present evidence of 5-15cm of new snow here in Naeba (10cm or so under my feet this morning) and 30-40cm of new snow up at Kagura. It is -4C in the village area here and some new snow to slide on this morning. Just cloudy and a slight wind, with cloud forecast for the day.

Perhaps some snow showers tomorrow but it will be milder and a chance we might see some rain still. Temperatures will drop later on Sunday though and hopefully we'll be seeing that decent snowfall that has been lingering about on the forecasts.

With all that new snow up at Kagura once again, it should be very nice conditions today.

Official resort snow depth:

Kagura - 200cm
