Good morning from Naeba.
Just 2cm of snow to report from base this morning with the temperature hovering around zero.
The snow came overnight; this morning fine conditions but cloud is due during the day.
There's still the warmer conditions due in the coming days. With Christmas just around the corner, we could do with a decent amount of snowfall - early next week perhaps?
You can ski or board back down to base from the upper Takenokodaira area.
The summit area and large parts of the central and base area remain closed as we wait for that precious snow.
