Sorry to be off here; snow was falling, machines aren't working.... I promise to be a good boy. It is fun, after all!
Tuesday: good snow (37cm), high winds closed the Capsule and quad lifts at Ikenotaira (one reason for panic by your writer) as well as the gondola at Suginohara, although both were running later in the day.
Wednesday: Gray start to the day, with some 7cm of light on top of everything. Meaning some great skiing on piste, but especially out in the trees.
Tomorrow looks good again, with the possibility of heavy snow late in the day into Friday, I promise to start my snowplowing early... 5am. Maybe.
