Snowfall at base this season 1665cm

Here we are, on the last day (pretty much) of the spring session of the 21-22 season. The snow is just barely going to get there, at least at Akakan and Seki Onsen; Lotte Arai is going to keep going until the 15th or so; we will let you know as information is released or things change.
Genuine Golden Week weather (sunny, warm, flowers and green along the white snow) has arrived the last two days. Backcountry, of course, carries on at Mt. Hiuchi and the surrounding areas back behind Mt. Myoko.
And the ocean is not far, when it finally is time (from tomorrow) to switch to another water-based sport of some kind.
