New snowfall at base 41cm
Snowfall at base this season 972cm
Posted on Saturday 29th January 2022 This is an archived report. The latest Myoko Now report can be found here.
The snow has just stopped, and we have a little sun now streaming through the clouds. More snow than I expected, actually. It had pretty much slowed down last evening, with an occasion furious flurry, but a good amount of snow did come down overnight. Not as many people out there as there should be to enjoy it! There was a gentle stream of cars heading up the hill earlier in the morning, but no maxed-out parking lots, it seems. Maybe with the sun out more people will be coming up during the day.
Looks like lots more snow over the next few days, though, starting from this evening.
