4am. Thunderbolts and lightning. Very very frightening.
Seriously crazy weather to start the day today. Continuous bright flashes of lightning, which usually means, and actually was, a hard fall of graupel, or soft hail. Lots of it, and so dense you could walk on top of the surface without sinking. Lots of wind... Luckily the snow turned to real snow, and the wind has tapered off a bit, although it can be pretty brisk out there.
Hard to see what's going to happen during the day. We love to see the snow, but another multi-meter blast over just a few days would probably drive us even crazier than we already are.
