Welcome to winter.
It actually feels like winter this morning. And we haven't been able to say that much so far this December.
26cm of snow to report, with the resort reporting 30cm on the slopes. Sounds good? Looks good. And I bet it feels good under skis and boards too!
Madarao this morning is open with the Number 1, Number 2 quad lift and Number 5 lifts operating along with 5 courses.
It looks like Tangram Ski Circus is also opening from this morning with the Number 1 pair lift planned to be operating.
It may be limited still but it is a start and with snow forecast to continue for today and then pick up again later on tomorrow night (after a lull in the daytime tomorrow?), there's more to come and hopefully soon more of the resort areas opening.
Visibility is also very limited out there this morning so take care. And have fun!
