Madarao have suddenly decided to open this morning. The 15-20cm of snow on the slopes since last night no doubt helped, and it was actually more than they were expecting.... hence the 12 noon opening today.
Hurray! Thank you Mr Santa-san. But... more please!
It's going to be the Number 1 lift again moving, so limited and the lift tickets will cost just 1000 yen for adults and 500 yen for children.
More snow is due today, tonight and tomorrow as well so fingers crossed that tomorrow more of the mountain might get to be open.
The Tangram Ski Circus is not opening just yet it would seem.
