New snowfall at base 4cm
Snowfall at base this season 221cm

Posted on Wednesday 5th January 2022 This is an archived report. The latest Hakuba Now report can be found here.

Hello and good morning from Hakuba.

And what a morning it is. After all that snow yesterday, there's a modest amount to add to it (though Cortina are sticking their heads out with a 30-40cm report!)

Some light snow lingering earlier this morning, there's now some lovely blue skies clearing over Hakuba. Still some white cloud around, but it's the pretty kind that adds to the dramatic views.

It should be an excellent morning.

And I can't think of much else to add for today!
