Hello from Hakuba.
A bit on the mild side yesterday though light snow did continue.
It feels a little colder this morning, though not dramatically so, and it is snowing.
I have another 12cm of fresh snow to report. Ski areas largely seem to be agreeing on about 20cm of fresh snowfall on mountainsides. There should be more to report tomorrow.
Fairly limited visibility out there at the moment, but not too bad looking at various webcam images just before 9am.
We might be treated to some clearer skies, sunshine and more scenery around Sunday and Monday.
