Good morning from Hakuba.
Well, it was a rainy start to Golden Week. The rain didn't last all day and visibility improved. This morning we have clear skies and bright sunshine. It's a fine morning.
With Hakuba Happo-one closing yesterday, we are now down to small areas of Hakuba Goryu/47 and Tsugaike remaining open. And then there were three!
We are in Golden Week, though today and tomorrow are not official national holidays. Wednesday through the weekend is the main part of Golden Week this year, and the last few days of the season for ski areas.
