Good morning from Hakuba and welcome to the weekend.


It was a cold night but today we might see it warm up to around 15 degrees in the village according to some local forecasts.


A weekend of sunny skies is likely and beyond that too; the weather seems settled into spring now.


Let's spring skiing and boarding!


Hakuba Goryu:

Plans to be open until early May. Top areas open, Toomi used to get back to base though very patchy. Iimori area closed.

Upper - 200cm

Toomi - 45cm


Hakuba 47:

Plans to be open until early May. Almost all of Hakuba 47 remains open.

Upper - 155cm

Lower - 30cm


Happo-one:

Plans to be open until early May. Top areas (Riesen Grat, Usagidaira, Kurobishi, Panorama, Skyline) open. Need to get lift back down to base.

Usagidaira - 130cm


Tsugaike Kogen:

Plans to be open until early May. Upper areas remain open.

Tsuganomori - 250cm


All other resorts now closed for the season.
