Good morning.
After a day of cloud and sometimes clearer weather, we did actually get a little snow earlier on this morning. It has brightened up since then though and not it is partially cloudy - and probably more of that tomorrow... with warmer temps.
We are at the stage of the season where all of the tree run courses opening is not a given. The decision is being taken each day depending on conditions.
Courses open:
Most of the ski area remains open
Lifts operating (subject to change):
Number 1 gondola, Number 1 pair, quad lift
Official snow depth (as reported by the ski area):
Upper: 480cm
Lower: 320cm
Total accumulated snowfall (as reported by the ski area):
2650cm
Spring season
Spring season is officially from 28th March.
From that date the Number 1 gondola and Number 1 pair lifts will be operating and special tickets will be available.
Geto Kogen plans to be open until 8th May.
