The mild temperatures and rain stuck with us all through yesterday but the forecast was bang on for today with a return to negative temperatures and snow. The snow has come down quickly this morning, and at 8am there was already an impressive 13cm in the village. The snow is quite heavy which will be ideal for covering up the bare patches and building up the base on the lower slopes. Snow and cold temperatures will stay with us for the rest of the week.
