New snowfall at base 4cm
Snowfall at base this season 351cm

The crowds seem to be building up in the resort with a decent wait necessary to get onto the Kitanomine lifts this morning.
The good news is that there was about 4cm of new snow in the village and double that at the top of the resort, making for some great powder conditions on the trails. The light snow continues to fall so we will probably see another couple of centimetres build up on the ground through the day. It was cloudy at the top this morning down to about the halfway mark but that may lift anytime.
The weekend looks to be similar to today in terms of weather, but Monday may see temperatures rise to positives and some rain in the village.
