Today is a little bit of a change from the clear days that we have been having recently. Last night brought some snow but not quite as much as we were hoping for and accumulation in the village is only 2cm. However, this will provide a nice top up to the base and on the mountain itself accumulation will be significantly more than 2cm. The day is overcast with clouds rolling down over the tops. There is some flat light particularly on the upper mountain but overall visibility is reasonable and should be an issue. Currently there are light winds around the base area and these will pick up in exposed areas on the mountain.
