It is a brilliant morning with clear skies affording views across Furano town to the spectacular Daisetsuzan mountain range in the distance. There is 5cm of new snow and the slopes are now in amazing condition with all the recent snow that we have had. It is very calm in the village. Snow is expected to start falling around midday, so the morning will be the best to capture some of those great views.
