There has been 6cm on new snow overnight which is wind affected. The overnight winds are still with us and gusting moderate to strongly but are forecast to reduce during the day. The Kitanomine Gondola is operating despite the wind. Further snowfall is expected during the day and through the weekend. Above, there are high overcast conditions and visibility on slopes is reasonable.
