It is a return to good weather after a marginal weekend or warm temperatures and windy conditions that saw the slopes soften up and refreeze to a frosty finish.
There has been 20cm of new snow accumulate in the village since yesterday and the snow radar is looking very encouraging with snow forecast right throughout the remainder of the week with the heaviest falls for tomorrow morning through midday.
Weather is sunny at the moment but clouds will roll over the tops later in the day.
