Snowfall at base this season 464cm

Good Morning Skiers & Boarders,

All that promising snowfall yesterday added up to only 3 cm of snow. It's just the way this winter has been. The resort is reporting 10 cm, so who knows what they are smoking. I will grant you there is always more falling on top, but we don't measure there, do we? That's not the SnowJapan way.

The Great Warming Event 2025 is still on for tomorrow. There will be astounding temps of up to 8+ C, thankfully for one day only. I look at it as a great chance to get rid of some of those pesky hard snow spots around my parking space. There should also be some huge roof slides happening, so stay aware of where you're walking.

Tomorrow's checklist:

*Universal wax

*Tanning oil

*Swimsuit or shorts

*Zany helmet cover

*Your light gloves

*Sunglasses

Enjoy.

Think snow.
