Temperatures stayed low yesterday and there were some light snowfalls over the last couple of days but nothing significant.

Today is a cold start at -1c now and only rising up to +2c. It has been snowing moderately for the last 20 minutes, and with the cold ground the snow is accumulating on the road. It looks like it will snow through to Saturday at least, with the heaviest falls tonight and Friday evening.

Furano Ski Resort missed their planned opening last Saturday, but are looking to open up this coming weekend subject to snow.
