Welcome to March and the first report of the new month.
Yesterday afternoon moderate snowfalls arrived and continued, delivering 20cm at village level by early evening. Anyone out night skiing would have had the pleasure of skiing this freshly fallen untracked powder. For now the snow has stopped but it is forecast to snow again from this afternoon and continue through until Sunday, with significant snow on the radar for Saturday night.
Temperatures will be mild today but plunge into the double negatives by tomorrow morning..
