Year 2016 (or in Japan 28) starting nicely... Happy New Year.

It has been snowing heavily most of today, big flakes sticking nicely. No sun forecast for the foreseeable future but hopefully that's wrong. No wind today.

Night skiing attracted a few of us for the last day of 2015. It was excellent snow with some untouched deep powder just sitting there. Surprised me so close to the base of the resort but I'm not complaining.
