Things never really got going yesterday and the lifts were shut down before they got going due to the wind, however the afternoon turned out to be quite pleasant with clear skies. Today the winds are still with us and blowing moderately around the base area. There is 7cm of new snow but with the wind effect some areas will have significantly more, while some will have less. Visibility looks limited with moderate snow mixed in with the wind.
