The snow has arrived as forecast and it has been snowing since early this morning. Around the village there is 2cm of accumulation on the roads so far and things are fairly slushy.
Temperatures on the mountain are sitting just below freezing and will probably drop a little lower during the day. Visibility is limited due to the heavy snow falling.
The outlook for Friday is for more snow with temperatures similar to today.
