cariba 0 Posted March 26, 2003 Share Posted March 26, 2003 I am new to Japan, but one thing struck me when I've been driven around my area by colleagues is all the old rusting cars piled up together every now and again - like a car dump, but on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere?
