grassie 0 Posted February 24, 2006 Share Posted February 24, 2006 YOYOYOYO. trying to getaway this weekend like leave tonight!!!!!!..... itching to break in my new snowboard. never boarded in japan before only new to thee country etc. could someone urgently answer the following and i will be forever in your debt. 1. want shinkasen to catch? after work i suppose i could get to tokyo station for 8-9pm departure. 2. where to stay (cheaper the better i just need a couch to crash on or something!!) and how to get there from the shinkasen. 3. lift ticket prices 4. where to grab a beer on sat night?!?!?!?! ill have to wing the rest!!! gamera 0 Posted February 24, 2006 Share Posted February 24, 2006 If you can reach Tokyo station only around 8 - 9 p.m. to find a place to stay for this evening, probably you had better find one where you can reach around 1 hour by shink from Tokyo. Perhaps Echigo-yuzawa at Joetsu shink, Nasu-shiohara at Tohoku shink, Karuizawa at Hokuriku shink etc are convenient to you, I guess. Good luck! Link to post Share on other sites
