These things seem really obvious, but it seems they are not to some people as these issues have arisen more than a few times: >> please register to our site using a valid email address. If you use an invalid address, we can't contact you! >> please only enter a giveaway if you are fairly sure you can make use of the prize if you do win. >> if you do win and get our "congrats" email, please make sure that you send us your full and complete postal address. (We'll only send the voucher out once, so if the post office can't find you, neither can your ticket!) All our site-related emails get sent out using our editor@snowjapan.com email address, so it might be a good idea to add that address to any "Friends" list you have in your mail software.
