Last year, Nozawa Onsen built a run with 7 or more jumps (bumps really) on it. It's not very long, nor steep, nor the jumps big, but it looked kinda fun. There are also a few other places in Nozawa where you can get big air going off the snowed-under paddy walls, but they're not kickers.

This info is definitely offered FWIW. It's probably better than what's available at Cortina anyway.

If you're in the Hakuba area, Yanaba has the most jumps. You can get a rough idea from their website. There is some English on the page. It might be a bit slow without broadband.

You can demo a lot of boards there too. Despite all the jumps and toys, there's no doctor there, and I met a guy once that said he had to drive down to Omachi with a broken wrist (from falling off the lift, as it happens). The tabletop at the top is quite big, but the rest are only so so. You can get a few in in a line though.

Snowboard World Heights is another small resort with a few pipes and a park designed by Japanese pro Rio Tahara. He rides for Forum and makes a brief appearance in the vids Technical Difficulties and (blink and you'll miss it) The Resistance.

They've got some nice pics here on their cool shot page.
