Tachyon 0
Board recommendations needed. I have been riding for 2 years now, time to get some new equipment that are better. I mostly freeride, and starting to learn jumps and actualy landing them...haha (long story). Anyhow, I am about 90kg, looking for a board thats 160-164. Something thats good to learn jumps with and can freeride, and maybe hitting the half pipe later with it. Because of my weight, you guys think I should get something stiffer? (I was looking at a Burton Custom board, but some guys a the shop mentioned that maybe I should go for stiffer one with my weight?!?!) Found 2 boards that are pretty good price so far: Forum Devun Walsh 161 Burton Balance 161. Any comments on these? or other recommendations? Thanks in advance,
miteyak 0
I used to ride a custom 164 ( at 95kgs) but mostly powder. I now have a cascade 168, edges better than the custom, maybe it's stiffer, but i've never really looked into it. That doesn't really answer your question, but I think the 161 might leave you lacking on powder days, but good as an all round.
